Shore is the follow up album to Vessel. In this arrival, a metaphorical place of preparation before the journey begins. The sound is a continuation of the new of Vessel. With a combo of acoustic, rock, alt/grunge, pop, and electronic with some funky beats and rhythms. Conceptual and themes of deeper thought, and insight. It is one to listen from start to finish.

My next single to come out... A lot of my life I’ve felt judged… by people. As humans we inherently do this. I noticed even at a young age. Seemed to me as though I was maybe different than most. True or not, is irrelevant. Not a bad thing I realize now. Throughout, though led to many decisions, primarily based out of fear. I am not dwelling or excusing the past, hopefully ever.
In this, I felt a statement coming out. Referring to the Bible when Jesus says “Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her“ this in context to the woman that was said to be to stoned to death for committing adultery. No one threw a stone in that story. As humans we are not exempt from sin. Does that give us freedom to judge, well we are going to, I do … it’s almost impossible not to. Are we to condemn others? Interesting questions… we all have our beliefs.
In my frustration I wrote the verse and chorus which says “here’s your bag of stone, go ahead and throw away, it up to you, where they’re headed to today, whether they are headed towards me, or they fall to the floor” in the writing I came to understand that I am learning who I really am. In that I acceptance the frustration of the judgment dissipates.
Concluding that I feel I am hear to share the gifts given. And free from self pity, self reliance, and self seeking, I can more efficiently be who I am meant to be. And help, give, and do what I am meant to do, is be myself. As God made me.
